debby martinez boitel-knol, 49 years old, mother of 2, married to manuel, living in hoorn. i’m enthusiastic, caring and have a be bold be brave mentality. since january 2022 working as an interim professional at yacht and fulfilling several assignments in the role of coordinator product owner, product owner and account manager at different (non-)profit companies. working with teams, motivating and inspiring team members to achieve great results for customers, is what i’m passioned about. it’s all about connecting it with business, building bridges and listen to the voice of the customers, involve the customers to get the best results.
why do you think it is important role models need to be visible?
to be successful in life we all need someone to look up to that can show us the way. they can help us set goals and achieve them to believe in ourselves, overcome obstacles, find our purpose in life, and reach our potential. they inspire and motivate us to become the best version of ourselves in a world of challenges and differences.
