about

as a mom, technologist, and leader, i find enjoyment in how these roles intertwine and enrich others’ lives. i have worked in different industries, and all have used technology as a catalyst for experiences and connections. for over a decade, i’ve been a leader in engineering, steering technical strategies and coaching other leaders both inside and outside these companies, fostering potential and helping others grow while challenging myself to do the same.

what qualities do you think are essential for success?

resilience and self-reflection. you need to be able to learn, adapt, and grow in the process. perseverance is important, but it needs to go hand in hand with awareness so you can do it differently when you try again. getting it right on the first try is not the norm.
