i’m a senior product manager for acquisition and localization at bitvavo, a crypto exchange based in amsterdam. before joining bitvavo, i gained international experience at ing, working in amsterdam, london, and manila. this is where i discovered my passion in driving growth for products that make a meaningful impact on everyday life. outside of work, i’m fully immersed in a side project: a new-build home. a challenging but rewarding adventure that’s teaching me a lot along the way.
why is international women’s day important for you?
to me diversity is enrichment — emotionally, in different perspectives, and through life experience. by creating space for different voices and backgrounds, we build teams that complement each other rather than being copies of each other. this not only leads to better products but also stronger collaboration and innovation.
