with over 15 years in sales and marketing at global giants like unilever, danone, and p&g, my journey led me to medela. passionate about achieving results, fostering innovation, and inspiring teams to excel, through career i’ve worked in diverse locations, including the us, europe, and the philippines. as a mother of two, my loyalty to medela’s products and a deep connection with the company’s mission drew me in. witnessing authentic women leadership examples, especially our ceo annette brüls, fueled my commitment. now, i’m thrilled to share my experiences and actively support women in leadership as part of this inspiring campaign.
what qualities do you think are essential for success?
vision, self-awareness and strong will.
i am a great believer, that first you have to dream it and then do it. without having a vision any road is good enough, as you don`t know where you want to end up.
leaders should maser daily self-awareness in order to know, which strength to amplify and how to complement yourself with the right team and skill-sets.
strong will is needed to keep going even when times are tough. the more you know why you do what you do and where you go, the easier it is to keep going no matter what.
