i lead the marketing team and serve on the benelux leadership team at tellent, where creativity and commercial ambition come together. what matters most to me is the people. i’m proud to work with a talented team that gives me energy and makes the work meaningful every day. my career hasn’t followed a straight line. i’ve learned by doing, by trying different roles, and by trusting momentum. today, tech is where it all comes together. alongside tellent, i founded made by marí, a growing platform connecting brands with local crafters. building a company alongside a leadership role allows me to learn fast, apply immediately, and turn ideas into reality.

i want young women to know that life doesn’t happen to you, it starts with you. you have more influence than you think, and it begins with how you see yourself and what you believe is possible. choose environments and people that give you energy and see your potential, sometimes before you fully see it yourself. growth happens in places that feel safe, supportive, and honest. when you trust your own voice, set your direction, and reach higher with intention, you begin to shape a life that truly feels like yours.
