why do you think it is important that role models need to be visible?

for me, it’s essential that women are visible as role models. when i look at top‑10 lists of most‑booked speakers and see only one woman, i’m reminded how unequal our inspiration still is. the stories that shape ambition and confidence aren’t balanced—and that matters. if we rarely see women on stage, it’s harder to imagine what’s possible for ourselves. that’s why we need female role models just as much as male ones. we need each other to show: women walk these paths too—and so can you.
