about

i studied psychology and entered tech through an it traineeship. since then, i’ve worked in support, development, business analysis, and now product management. early on, i noticed that being a woman in tech still surprises people, even though diverse perspectives are essential for building good products. i’m also a mom of two boys, which adds its own balance to work and life. my story is simply about finding my place in tech, growing through different roles, and managing the mix of career and family along the way.

why do you think it is important that role models need to be visible?

i think visible role models matter because they make certain choices feel more reachable. as a mom working in tech, i want others to see that a career and motherhood can fit together, even if the balance isn’t perfect and some days feel like a lot. when people see different stories represented, it becomes easier to imagine their own place in the field.
