about

my career has always been in ai, just not in the way people expect. i wasn’t building models or writing code. i was building communities, helping founders grow their ai startups, and connecting the right people at the right time. before chatgpt, not being technical often felt like not really being “in ai.” but as ai began reshaping everything, i realized something: this moment doesn’t just need builders. it needs translators, connectors, and leaders. today, through ai4all, i help bridge people and technology so more women can confidently shape ai and build a more equitable future.

why do you think it is important that role models need to be visible?

visibility matters because most of us grow up seeing only a narrow version of what success looks like. there are countless career paths, yet we often hear about the same few. when i was figuring out who i wanted to be, i felt like there were only a handful of roles that made sense for me, and none of them quite fit. the fewer role models you see, the harder it is to imagine your own path. when women share their journeys openly, it expands what feels possible. it shows there isn’t one right way, just the courage to follow what you love.

ai 4 all – women’s leadership stichting

at ai4all, our ai4her awards celebrate women who are shaping ai in ways that matter. from pioneers who paved the way, to leaders making healthcare more accessible, to innovators driving sustainability, to rising stars setting new standards for what’s next. these role models remind us that progress in ai is never the work of one person alone. it happens through shared knowledge, visible leadership, and collective responsibility. by lifting these women into the spotlight, we show how individual impact becomes greater when it’s part of something bigger.
