about
i’m proud to represent a non-traditional role model—one who leads with confidence, courage, and purpose. as co-founder and co-ceo of ai4all, i build communities and programs that empower women to lead in ai, entrepreneurship, and innovation. i believe role models create opportunities, challenge outdated systems, empower one another, and amplify voices that often go unheard. my mission is to ensure women are represented in shaping responsible and sustainable ai, while inspiring future generations to see equality as the standard. i strive to lead by example—in my work, my community, and in everyday moments.
what advice would you give your younger self?
if i could give advice to my younger self, i would tell her to remain confident and unapologetic in asking for what she deserves. early in my career, i often saw others advance while i was made to feel i wasn’t good enough—despite exceeding goals and delivering results. i would remind her that her voice matters and that advocating for herself is not a risk—it’s a necessity. too often, women are made to question their worth, and that needs to change. we must claim our space, demand equal opportunities and pay, and trust our value without waiting for permission.
