ai 4 all – women’s leadership stichting

at ai4all, our ai4her awards celebrate women who are shaping ai in ways that matter. from pioneers who paved the way, to leaders making healthcare more accessible, to innovators driving sustainability, to rising stars setting new standards for what’s next. these role models remind us that progress in ai is never the work of one person alone. it happens through shared knowledge, visible leadership, and collective responsibility. by lifting these women into the spotlight, we show how individual impact becomes greater when it’s part of something bigger.

about

i’m a marketing professional with 9+ years of experience, working at the intersection of data, automation, and ai. my journey started in 2017 when i founded breedge, a startup backed by the european investment fund and later recognized by microsoft as one of the top imagine cup 2019 startups. in 2019, i led the launch of the first ai-powered website builder at 10web.io (long before ai became mainstream). the project drew interest from major investors like sierra ventures and ai fund and helped shape the early wave of ai-driven web automation. from there, i joined a leading automation and ai company, where i collaborated with global brands like ikea, fedex, mit, the city of seattle, and hmrc. today, i’m leading marketing for a norwegian deep-tech ai company that was building advanced, science-driven ai well before the current ai boom. my focus is on positioning breakthrough technology for global impact.

what advice would you give to your younger self?

when something fascinates you, go deep. when an opportunity scares you a little, that’s probably the right one. when you’re tempted to play it safe, remember: safe is forgettable.

you’re going to get opportunities to speak at tedx, work with microsoft, collaborate with ikea and mit. none of those happen because you played it safe.

they happen because you were bold enough to try things that didn’t have a guaranteed outcome.
so: be bold. stay curious. share the journey.

the rest figures itself out.
