i spent 13 great years building my career at heineken — think rooms full of alpha energy and bravado. often one of the few women at the table, i learned to read the room and claim my space. growing up as “the only one” trained me to understand the power of perspective. when i intentionally built a truly diverse team, i saw the impact firsthand: broader thinking, sharper decisions, stronger results. i completed my master’s at insead and founded the inclusion factory. today, i help organisations turn inclusion into impact through allyship, strategy, and bold leadership.
