(to realize that) inequality between men and women has existed for a very long time. becoming aware of that history is important, because only then can we start to change it. right now, we’ve created an opportunity to break those patterns and create a more equal future. but that change won’t happen alone, it requires all of us to support, uplift, and stand with each other. together, we can create the space for the next generation of women to grow, lead, and be heard.
