i want young women to know that…

they do not have to choose between being a woman, a mother, a leader, a scientist, a surgeon, or a technologist. there is no single path to leadership—and you do not need to fit the existing mould. bring your curiosity, your ambition and your perspective to the table. ai is shaping our future, and women need to be there shaping ai. your voice matters, your ideas matter, and there is room for you to lead.
