Courageous Conversations: Workplace Burnout – The Good, the Bad, the Ugly

November 2 @ 17:30 - 19:45

Examining the multifaceted dimensions and impact of workplace burnout (vs stress) and exploring supportive strategies to promote well-being and psychological safety for all employees.

Courageous Conversations are dialogue or discussions that require individuals to show bravery, vulnerability, and openness in addressing difficult, challenging, or uncomfortable topics. These conversations often involve confronting biases, acknowledging privilege, and discussing sensitive issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Courageous Conversations require individuals to be willing to listen actively, learn from other’s perspectives, and share their thoughts and experiences with empathy and respect. As a result, they can be an essential tool for promoting understanding, building trust, and creating positive change in personal and professional settings.

LAUDACE is an equity-first and intersectionality-focused consultancy committed to advancing the psychological safety, inclusion, sense of belonging and well-being of Neurodivergent Women, Black Women and Women of Colour who work and their allies.

Please note that this event is open to all but remains safe for women and non-cisgender folk.
