Start your Friday with an energizing yoga session and meditation, to set the right intention for the day and recharge your energy at the end of the week!
We will be using simple asanas and breathwork to get into our bodies and connect with our intuition and feelings.
There is no experience necessary to join the yoga class, every level is welcome!
What you need:
– Bring comfortable clothes and perhaps a towel
– Yoga mats are provided
– Soothing oils are provided
