In recent years, imposter syndrome has become less and less of a taboo topic. Though we talk more openly about the topic, some questions remain rather unresolved: What exactly is imposter syndrome and how can I best deal with it if I am affected by it? Have you ever felt like your big accomplishments have simply been luck or the result of being in the right place at the right time? Have you ever struggled with receiving feedback – positive and negative? Have you ever had the feeling that one day people might find out ‘that you have simply improvised the last few years and are actually not that good at your job’? Then this is the right session for you. We will look at the topic of Imposter Syndrome and its effects from different perspectives, try out different exercises together and define coping mechanisms for the future.
