During this workshop you’ll learn how to get more control over your thinking processes and feelings. This can help you in various ways and situations such as reducing stress, improve your attention span and getting better sleep. However, you don’t need to have issues to implement mindfulness in your life: it’s helpful for everyone to start living more in the here and now!
