about
i’m kasia, mom of lily and miko. previously working in digital health at philips. after the birth of my daughter, i trained to work with mothers-to-be. after the birth of my son, i turned my career upside down, and now sharing what i love with mamamoon – a holistic birth and postpartum preparation that sticks.
being born and raised in poland, where childbirth is heavily medicalized, i’ve experienced firsthand the difference when you have access to all the options. every woman has the right to make those choices for herself so she can feel empowered throughout her pregnancy, birth, and beyond. and that’s what we are after – to democratize access to birth & postpartum preparation. because it does make a difference.
who or what inspired you to pursue your chosen career?
my dad. although he has no clue he did 😉 he always ran his own business and told me day after day that people like myself had everything it gets to run it too. he always told me that if you feel something with your whole body, you should go for it. if you don’t ask, you will never know. and sometimes you need to take risks, or else you may regret not taking it, and that feels worse than failing.
my dad has always believed in me. it is something i work towards giving my kids too, as it’s one of the best gifts i ever received.
