after a corporate career in oil&gas i have decided that my professional life should be dedicated to impacting what matters most to me; accelerating the transition to a clean and just energy system and bringing gender balance into sight. it’s all hands on deck, making the energy-transition work and curbing the impact of climate change. we are in this together, (m/f/x). therefore, i strongly believe in stakeholder inclusion; there is no time for competition toward sustainability and we cannot afford to leave out more than 1/2 of the population. building sustainable relationships, joining forces, and building networks and tribes are key to acceleration, innovation, and inclusive decision quality.
