why do you think it is important that role models need to be visible?
role models can be inspiring. they present possibilities of who one may become one day. their stories and experiences can be used as guidelines of what to do or what not to do. their visibility makes them more real; it becomes more motivating for others to achieve similar lives and hopefully excel further.
