about

i’m a curious and passionate entrepreneur with the ambition to make a positive impact on society. i’m co-founder and ceo of excuture, a biotech startup working on redefining pharmaceuticals with an innovative, animal-free, bio-based fermentation technology and we’re currently focused on developing an alternative heparin.

what advice would you give to your younger self?

i would advise my younger self to keep going after your big dreams and say yes to opportunities that you find alignment with. i would also say to remember to ask for help, one of the best discoveries on my startup journey so far has been realising just how willing people are to help and support you provided that you give them the opportunity to do so.

exculture

this campaign has the potential to inspire many people. exculture is a female-founded biotech startup, two women who were once little girls dreaming of becoming scientists and making a positive impact, so if hearing our story encourages some other girls to follow their dreams that’s a great achievement.
