i’m the product & insurance vp over at insify, and part of the founding team. at insify, we seek to protect and free european entrepreneurs. we’ve got their backs, whether it’s insuring their business, themselves, or their families in case life throws a curveball like illness or accidents. think of us as their safety cushion to keep them going. i am passionate about building the best products tackling real societal challenges.

for the past 13 years, my professional journey has unfolded in predominantly male-dominated industries. whether navigating the landscapes of startups, scale-ups, or corporate settings, i frequently found myself as the ‘only woman’ at the table, accompanied by various ‘only titles’ like the sole foreigner or the only parent. fortunately, i’ve been lucky enough to have leaders who recognized this and assisted in establishing a support system that fueled my perseverance and emboldened me to take on new challenges. witnessing the presence of role models has played a significant role in my experience and growth.
