with a career centred around the metals and mining industry, i am passionate about steering the sector towards sustainability. with over a decade in the sector, i’ve co-chaired a $10 billion company and co-founded a traceability startup, championing esg initiatives globally. additionally, i was on the world economic forum’s net zero committee and served as a deputy governor of the mining and metals platform. now, as ceo of sirius, i lead the development of an ai “sustainability twin” to facilitate the sector’s transition to the green economy. our mission tackles the challenge of scaling metal production six-fold and ensures the sector’s efficiency and sustainability.
what qualities do you think are essential for success?
determination and passion are key to success!
determination drives progress and passion makes hard work fulfilling, turning duty into a rewarding path. without determination, goals stay out of reach and without love for what you do, effort becomes a heavy burden. so, my advice: approach everything you do with devotion and perseverance!
