hi, i’m charly – founder of charly cares, mother of (almost) 2 girls (as you can obviously see in the picture).
one of the hardest puzzles for parents now is: how do i organise my childcare? that’s why we founded charly cares, almost eight years ago. we are childcare providers by creating a tech enabled and human validated platform for care services at home. we offer our services to families by connecting them to selected and curated caretakers – our angels.
i am currently working on realising my dream of providing every working parent with a babysitter at home whenever the need arises.
what advice would you give to your younger self?
get to know yourself. trust in yourselves and your inner guts, but always keep the door open for new experiences, others’ advice and different point of views.
get to know what is important in life. what does truly matter to you? you will find out that when you’ll keep a close eye on this, everything becomes much easier or will put you in the right place.
“hardlopers zijn doodlopers”. if you want to achieve something – you have to have endurance. work hard, fight for it. nothing comes easy, the circle of life can be tough. that means that you can be lazy too – once in a while;)
and last but not least: live a little, enjoy the highs and the lows, the good and the bad times, and everything in between.
