project lead technology hub at klm engineering & maintenance
about
i love to create. from hand-drawn birthday cards to building innovative tech products from scratch: count me in! i’m enthusiastic, positive and eager to drive purposeful change. combining my creative, strategic and analytical skills, gathered at the tu delft, i jumped into the bit traineeship. supported by bit’s learning environment, i’m tackling a complex challenge at klm engineering & maintenance. they give me the freedom & responsibility to innovate, which, for a first job is daunting yet thrilling: i love it.
what qualities do you think are essential for success?
success to me is striking the perfect balance: knowing when to drive hard and when to recharge, but also, to celebrate your wins and reflect on setbacks. it’s okay to stumble;getting back up shows your true strength.
bit traineeship
at bit traineeship, we’re celebrating the audacious women transforming tech. gone are the days where women’s career choices were restricted. yet, the path remains rugged, with female voices in tech echoing softly. we champion our rebels, the dreamers who dare to defy norms. our mission? to embolden every young woman who sees her future not in society’s mirror but through the lens of her passion. together, we’re not just navigating change;we’re crafting it. bit celebrates diversity—because only there, brilliant ideas are born.
