about
the role model campaign means a lot to me because i believe that for us inspire inclusion and achieve equality, women need to be better at supporting each other! it starts with our daughters and their friends. life is so complex for kids these days, now more than ever, we have to be great role models for them, not just on 8 march but every single day in everything we do. how we, as women, treat each other has a huge impact on how our daughters and sons will treat each other now, and in the future. be the change we want to see – live with an inclusion mindset, in everything you do.
why do you think it is important that role models need to be visible?

being a female role model in tech and entrepreneurship is my way of saying, “hey, we belong here too!” i want girls to see me and think, “if she can do it, so can i!” it’s not just about breaking glass ceilings;it’s about smashing them. i’ve had my share of challenges, but each hurdle is a chance to show that gender is no limit, it’s about proving that grit and passion trump stereotypes. let’s make the tech world a place where everyone feels at home, and innovation thrives from diverse perspectives. my journey is personal, and every step forward is a win for all the trailblazers to come.
