about
nowadays it plays a major role in most business processes and therefore business and it are becoming increasingly intertwined.
i operate at that dynamic intersection between business and it by bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders and helping (inter)national clients manage their risks.
what i like most about my job is that i get to work with a lot of different people, different cultures, and personalities every day. i always get a lot of energy when a team embraces each other’s differences, tries to get the best out of everyone and all grow together as a person.
what advice would you give to your younger self?
don’t listen to that imposter syndrome voice in your head that says: you are not capable.
believe in your own strength and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!
