about

having grown up surrounded by the drive of entrepreneurs, i’ve come to believe: dreams don’t wait for permission, they ignite with action and thrive on persistence. start, do not give up and go get what you chase!

why do you think it is important that role models need to be visible?

female role models are essential for other women, both younger and older.
seeing what you can achieve as a girl or a woman inspires others to follow in your footsteps. it shows them that it is possible.

inphocal

founded in 2019 as a cern spin-off, inphocal creates a unique new type of laser beam that challenges the current standard: with our innovative optical technology we can improve the efficiency of production lines in terms of output, speed, sustainability and cost. our technology can be used for marking, cutting, welding and even for applications in the semiconductor industry. we can outperform current inkjet and laser marking technology and introduce the next generation technology in laser based wafer dicing both for traditional semiconductor technology and photonics technology.

powered by techleap

we firmly believe that increasing diversity – including of gender – benefits the tech industry as a whole. these women lead the way, provide others an anchoring point for their ambitions and truly show there is no limit to what can be achieved.
