i’m komal, originally from india, and i’ve been residing in the netherlands for the last seven years with my caring husband and wonderful son. commencing my career as a software developer, i progressed into the role of engineering manager by choice.
this shift was a deliberate decision, driven by my deep satisfaction in guiding and coaching individuals to unlock their full potential. being a people person, i thrive on collaborating with individuals from diverse cultures, gaining valuable insights into various perspectives.
i love traveling and exploring diverse cultures and cuisines.
what advice would you give to your younger self?
hey jr. komal – i know you’re always pushing yourself to the edge, striving for perfection in everything you do. it’s a commendable drive, but here’s a piece of advice:
as you navigate through life, remember that letting loose and understanding that perfection is unattainable are essential aspects of personal growth and happiness. allow yourself to have fun, be spontaneous, and appreciate the joy in simple pleasures. don’t let the fear of imperfection paralyse you.
trust in your abilities, have faith in your journey, and remember to be kind to yourself. take time to care for your well-being, both mentally and physically.
