about

i’m the co-founder of gain.pro, passionate about thinking big and executing with a relentless focus on excellence and impact.

after spending the first years of my career as a strategy consultant at mckinsey, i embarked on the journey of entrepreneurship in 2018. as co-ceo, i’m leading a global workforce of 250 employees in developing a world-class private market intelligence platform. at gain.pro we enable everyone who wants to find, understand and track the businesses that matter to them.

i derive immense joy from my work, and i’m excited for the substantial growth potential that lies ahead of gain.pro.

what qualities do you think are essential for success?

fundamentally, success hinges on a steadfast commitment to the long haul. it is the result of hard work, consistency and dedication to core values. these entail but are not limited to kindness, integrity and humility.

while luck may occasionally play a role, i don’t think you can take too many shortcuts in life. the journey itself is transformative, offering invaluable lessons and opportunities for personal growth.

this belief extends universally, yet i recognize the importance of articulating ambitions, particularly among women. it is essential to assert oneself boldly and make one’s aspirations heard.

at gain.pro, we hold a profound belief that “people are our greatest asset”. our commitment to fostering inclusivity is paramount, especially for our female colleagues in the male-dominated tech industry. we are steadfast in providing them with the support and resources necessary to thrive. by dismantling barriers and offering equal opportunities, we strive to redefine industry norms.

campaigns like this are important for showcasing women in diverse fields. our goal is to give everyone a platform to be the best they can be, to reach the destination of their choice and to feel valued for what they bring.

powered by techleap

we firmly believe that increasing diversity – including of gender – benefits the tech industry as a whole. these women lead the way, provide others an anchoring point for their ambitions and truly show there is no limit to what can be achieved.
