why do you think it is important that role models need to be visible?

having role models can inspire and empower others, especially in fields where women have traditionally been underrepresented, like tech and finance. role models demonstrate that success is attainable regardless of gender. this campaign also helps in creating a community of champions that actively supports more inclusion and equality. as one of the role models, i strive to be part of this change by leveraging my knowledge and experiences to bridge connections within my network. by doing so, i hope to lower the hurdles that women face in their professional journeys. i’m really excited and proud to be a part of this group that supports and celebrates the success of women in every field.
