building performance expert at next sense
about
my work in climate action and development carved my path to the netherlands and eventually to next sense. i have a background in civil engineering with a masters in building physics. with over 8 years of work experience in the space of sustainable built environments, i use my learnings and education to help realise energy efficient and climate friendly buildings. as a building performance expert at next sense, i analyse the design and operation of buildings to optimise and improve its energy efficiency and overall performance. at next sense we use technology and data to drive actions for climate impact, working with builders, developers and other stakeholders in the construction industry to inform and implement effective measures for positive change.what qualities do you think are essential for success?
i believe that, quite ironically, acceptance of failures is a key quality for success, especially while working with new and impactful solutions. failures often teach us more not only about our work but also about ourselves. reflection and introspection on failures are the stepping stones to true, long lasting success.
next sense
at next sense, we believe that representation matters. women in tech bring diverse perspectives, drive innovation, and make our company stronger. by joining the equals role model campaign, we want to highlight the incredible women shaping our industry and inspire the next generation to pursue careers in technology. progress in tech requires diversity, and real change starts with visibility. we’re proud to support this initiative and show that there are no limits to what women can achieve.
