about

i love taking on projects that others might doubt, asking “can this be done?” with 30 years of experience in both the cultural and commercial sectors, i focus on business strategy and fundraising. my strong emphasis is on entrepreneurship, team building, and management. i am passionate about creating partnerships and collaboration, specializing in connecting people and projects. my motivation comes from empowering individuals and achieving tangible results. i thrive on co-creating innovative initiatives with strategic partners and i am driven by the intersection of innovation, technology, and commercial growth, where creativity meets business success and market impact.

what advice would you give to your younger self?

trained in the montessori learning system, my motto has always been: ‘teach me to do it myself.’ if i could advise my younger self, i would say: do it! dare to try new things, even if you don’t know exactly how it’s going to turn out. don’t be afraid to ask for advice, because there are always people willing to help. making mistakes is part of the process, so don’t be afraid to fail. it’s all part of your growth. trust that it will work out, step by step. the path may not always be straight, but the journey itself offers the valuable lessons you need to move forward

zeefier

as the founder of zeefier, a female-led company, i believe equity is essential for real change. joining the equals campaign in amsterdam reflects my commitment to a more inclusive, sustainable future, where equity goes beyond gender to break down barriers related to age, socio-economic status, and other factors. this mindset also drives my focus on the critical awareness of sustainable textile production and dyeing processes. as maya angelou said, “role models show there are no limits to what women can achieve.” by taking action, we can inspire a fairer society and a more sustainable textile future.
