hi,
i’m iesja (written with a small ‘i’ otherwise most people read my name wrong). i’ve worked as a general manager for toxic, a saas product, for 2,5 years now.
i’m engaged in different networks for diversity and inclusion, having women’s leadership roles as one of my main drivers. i miss representation and cultural recognition of women both in work as well as in social life. therefore i try to gain inspiration and support as much as possible from the networks and organizations that i’m in.
whilst doing so, i’ve grown to be a mother, an experienced professional and most of all; a happy person who loves to do what she does and acknowledges her own and others needs to perform on a high level.
i am so happy with all my friends, family and colleagues who see me for who i am, and who have joined me whilst doing what i do. and i’m looking forward to the years ahead!
what qualities do you think are essential for success?
to grow personally and professionally you need determination, patience and self-reflection. which means discomfort from time to time. as long as you’re willing to look at the bigger picture and see which lessons are thrown at you by life, you will be able to come out stronger and gain the experience needed to climb to the next level.
