about

from a young age, i was fascinated by technology. how do things work? how can you solve complex problems? that curiosity drove me to pursue this career. what motivates me every day is the impact i have on people and their work. i manage it services, if they’re not available, others can’t do their jobs. that responsibility gives real meaning to my work.

why is visibility of role models so important?

the equals webpage says: “you can’t be what you can’t see.” i strongly believe that. visibility is essential for diversity in tech. it not only highlights the possibilities but also reinforces the idea that success is within reach.

when i started, i rarely saw people of my gender or background in leadership roles. if you don’t see female ceos, that path feels less accessible. a lack of representation makes it harder to picture yourself in those positions.

that’s why visibility matters. not just to prove that we can succeed, but to open doors for the next generation. representation builds confidence, and by breaking barriers, we make it easier for others to envision themselves in spaces they might never have considered.

i want to be that inspiration!
