program manager science and technology high tech industry at tno

about

i come from a small, cosmopolitan town in india, where i was surrounded by diverse cultures, which taught me to appreciate and celebrate the richness of every individual. this experience has deeply shaped who i am, guiding me to form meaningful connections wherever i go.
my passion for science, technology, and innovation led me to pursue a career in research, where i’ve had the opportunity to work globally in both academic and industry roles. today, as program manager, science & technology, unit high tech industry at tno, i connect science with real-world applications, working towards creating innovative solutions that make a positive impact.

what qualities do you think are essential for success?

i believe the essential qualities for success are determination, resilience, and self-belief. growing up, my dad always told me to speak my mind and never back down, which influenced how i face challenges. this mindset has stayed with me and has guided my approach to life. i’ve learned that success isn’t just about having the right skills or waiting for the perfect opportunities – it’s about stepping outside your comfort zone, taking risks, and pushing boundaries. with these qualities, i believe anyone can create their own version of success.
