about

hi! my name is jos. after growing up in 15 countries, i find myself in the netherlands, where i work with an incredible team at turner to bring ai to companies globally. my passions are the arts (particularly music and theater), i’ve written three books, and i enjoy creative processes with good people. i’ve traveled to over 120 countries, enjoy discussing and debating current events, and designing global solutions for maximum impact.

what qualities do you think are essential for success?

i believe kindness is essential for success – even though the opposite seems to be true in today’s climate! kindness is a cornerstone of connection, and connection makes us human. in an age where computers are companions, an emphasis on love, growth and compassion is more relevant than ever.

at turner, we believe that true progress happens when talent meets opportunity. as ruth bader ginsburg once said:

“”women belong in all places where decisions are being made. it shouldn’t be that women are the exception.””

this sentiment reflects our mission: to turn strategy into execution, ensuring that every professional—regardless of gender—has the tools, knowledge, and support to improve, renew, and innovate.

for five consecutive years, turner has been ranked as the #1 strategy consulting firm in the mt1000. but beyond accolades, we measure our success by the real impact we create. we help professionals across industries turn ambition into action—ensuring that diverse leadership is not just encouraged but actively cultivated.

we know that strategy alone is not enough—execution is key. the same applies to diversity and inclusion. it requires more than intent;it requires deliberate action. that’s why we are proud to support this campaign and help break barriers, challenge biases, and create space for the next generation of female leaders.

we are proud to be a part of this important initiative.
