about
when i joined hellofresh in 2019, everything moved fast. rapid growth demanded quick decisions and a “whatever it takes” mindset to deliver our boxes to our customers. this dynamic environment shaped me as a leader, teaching me to balance long-term strategy with daily impact. today, i focus on enhancing production efficiency while empowering my team to drive continuous improvements and thus a better product. beyond strategy, i believe connection is key, when people feel seen, valued and heard, we can build something sustainable. working with diverse teams i strive to build bridges, foster collaboration and create a culture where every voice matters. by embracing diverse perspectives we achieve the best results together.
what advice would you give to your younger self?
as a child i was always the one raising my hand in class. i worried it made me seem less intelligent, but i was driven by the desire to understand things, knowing i didn’t learn best from books. as i got older, i realised asking these questions isn’t a weakness, but a strength. it requires vulnerability which is crucial for growth. today, i see vulnerability as an asset in my career, not a liability. i once thought being smart was about how well you learn, but i now know it’s also about emotional intelligence, openness to new perspectives and embracing the process of growth.
