currently pursuing a phd in bioinformatics at the luxembourg institute of health, i specialize in developing computational tools to address complex biological challenges in cancer research. with a background in computer science and both academic and industry experience, i am pushing the science now. by integrating transcriptomics and metabolomics data, my work aims to uncover biomarkers and molecular signals that drive drug resistance in cancer, while also enhancing our understanding of disease progression. additionally, i contribute to the open-source community by developing r/bioconductor packages that support data analysis for biomedicine and advance opportunities in personalized medicine.
