nina is the co-founder of after5, the irl friendship platform for ambitious women. inspired by her own challenges and the impact of friendship, she is on a mission to connect women so they can thrive. born in rotterdam, she lived in seven countries, including china, thailand, france, and turkiye. before after5, she worked in fashion and marketing. now back in rotterdam, she enjoys yoga with friends, discovering new places, great coffee, and, most of all, connecting like-minded women. she is proudly building the go-to platform for ambitious women.
what or who inspired you to pursue your chosen career?
i’ve always wanted to be an entrepreneur and have been inspired by anyone who chooses to go off the beaten path, works hard, and chases their dreams in whatever field they are passionate about. having a supportive circle of family and friends has been such a blessing—they continuously motivate and inspire me too!
