i am an ambitious, driven individual originally from italy, living in the netherlands. with a career in tech, i’ve grown through various roles at tomtom, transitioning from project management to product management, and now into product operations. my passion for innovation fuels my professional journey, while my dedication to personal growth extends beyond work. outside of my career, i prioritize an active lifestyle, regularly exercising at the gym and practicing yoga and pilates. this balance between personal well-being and professional ambition supports my continuous improvement and pursuit of success in all areas of life.

success, for me, isn’t just about reaching a destination, but about enjoying the journey and the progress made. it’s about feeling fulfilled, empowered, and making a positive impact on others. to me, the key qualities for success are: genuine curiosity: a positive attitude and openness to new knowledge drive innovation and continuous learning. in a fast-changing field like tech, curiosity helps you stay ahead by innovating and solve problems more effectively. empathy: building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders is essential. empathy fosters collaboration and ensures user-centered solutions, this leads to better outcomes. leadership: effective leadership inspires and empowers others. i aim to continuously develop my leadership style to maximize my impact adaptability: in the ever-evolving tech landscape, being flexible and open to new ideas is crucial. adaptability helps you stay relevant and overcome challenges. resilience: the ability to bounce back from setbacks is key. in fast-paced environments, resilience ensures you stay focused on your long-term goals, despite inevitable challenges.
