i’m daria huszar, founder of djeeni, a boutique saas startup and consultancy. based at amsterdam zuidas, we build digital products for data and office automation, while helping enterprise clients implement the latest ai and tech tools.
before launching djeeni, i worked in finance for multinationals and scale-ups. that journey taught me a valuable lesson: combining two or more fields gives you a true superpower, a real competitive edge.
my story is about constant growth and embracing change, even when it feels ‘impossible.’ because as audrey hepburn beautifully put it: ‘nothing is impossible. the word itself says, i’m possible!’
what advice would you give to your younger self?
if i could give my younger self one piece of advice, it would be to discover your own superpowers. do what you are truly good at and what makes you genuinely happy. don’t worry about fitting into a traditional box; your unique combination of skills is exactly what will give you your edge.

it is vital for the next generation to see that success is rarely a straight line, nor is it reserved for a single stereotype. with hard work, dedication, and a strong support system, anyone can achieve their goals. by joining the equals campaign, i hope my journey from finance to founder serves as a practical blueprint for others. and if the industry doesn’t naturally make space for you? remember the words of shirley chisholm: “”if they don’t give you a seat at the table, bring a folding chair.””
