i am a proud mother of four children, aged 5 to 18, and a wife. balancing family life with a leadership career has taught me resilience, responsibility, and the importance of believing in yourself. as a woman and mother, i want to inspire others to pursue their dreams while being present for their families. my journey has not always been easy, but every challenge has made me stronger and more determined. today, i lead with empathy, courage, and passion. i hope to be a positive role model for women and show that with confidence, perseverance, and support, you can achieve more than you ever imagined.
what advice would you give to your younger self?
“i would tell my younger self to believe in herself more, trust her journey, and never be afraid to take up space. you don’t have to have everything figured out. embrace every challenge, be kind to yourself, and remember that being a mother, a woman, and ambitious can all exist together. your strength will grow through the experiences you face. keep going, even when you doubt yourself,you are capable of more than you think.”
