about
i’m co-founder & cco of instama, an ai-powered marketing platform. i’ve never been interested in technology for technology’s sake. what interests me is what it unlocks for people and brands. with a background in advertising and marketing, we saw how ai’s arrival increased pressure to create content, and how a brand can get lost in it. so we built instama: to make ai work for the brand, not the other way around. i love bringing creativity, business and technology together, making ideas practical. outside work, i’m a proud mother of a sixteen-year-old son and live with my blended family in haarlem.
what advice would you give to your younger self?
trust your gut and aim high. you do not need to have everything figured out before taking the next step. some of my best decisions started with a strong feeling rather than a perfect plan. don’t wait until you feel completely ready, and don’t ask for permission. take the opportunity and never make your ambitions smaller just to seem realistic.
