co-founder at ai 4 all – women’s leadership stichting

about

i am a mother, engineer, and dreamer who believes leadership and technology should create opportunity, not barriers. i began my career as a business architect in the corporate world, working at the intersection of strategy, systems, and transformation. over time, i felt a growing responsibility to use my experience for something more meaningful. that journey led me to co-found ai4all, where i worked to open doors for more diverse voices in technology. today, i continue that mission through research, board leadership, and as part of boardcompanions, supporting nonprofit and social enterprises in strengthening their governance and impact. i believe real change happens in the rooms where decisions are made and my purpose is to help shape those rooms with courage, diversity, and responsibility.

i want young women to know that…

you do not have to shrink yourself to fit into any room. your voice, your ideas, and your perspective are not “extra” as they are essential. there will be moments when you feel like the only one, when you question whether you belong. you do. leadership is not about being the loudest or the most traditional; it is about courage, integrity, and purpose. build your skills, stay curious, and choose spaces that value who you are. the future needs women who lead with both competence and conviction and that absolutely includes you.

ai 4 all – women’s leadership stichting

at ai4all, our ai4her awards celebrate women who are shaping ai in ways that matter. from pioneers who paved the way, to leaders making healthcare more accessible, to innovators driving sustainability, to rising stars setting new standards for what’s next. these role models remind us that progress in ai is never the work of one person alone. it happens through shared knowledge, visible leadership, and collective responsibility. by lifting these women into the spotlight, we show how individual impact becomes greater when it’s part of something bigger.
