about

my career hasn’t followed a straight line. i moved abroad early, made decisions without guarantees, and learned leadership by taking responsibility before i felt ready. today, i lead marketing for the entire group that weeztix is part of, operating across countries, markets, and senior leadership teams. the scope is complex, the expectations are high, and accountability sits clearly with me. along the way, i built a family and became a mother to a daughter who sharpened—not softened—my ambition. i believe leadership in women should be the baseline, not the exception. visibility matters because it normalises ownership, direction, and decision-making. i work in event tech because it connects technology to real human moments—bringing people together beyond screens.

what advice would you give to your younger self?

i’d tell my younger self to stop waiting for the perfect moment. you don’t need everything lined up to move forward. take the opportunity, do the work, and figure things out along the way. make choices that push you forward, not ones that just feel safe. and know that changing direction isn’t a setback—it’s often how you get closer to what actually makes sense for you.

we believe role models matter because representation shapes what people believe is possible. when women in leadership are visible, ambition becomes normal, not exceptional. by supporting this campaign, we want to contribute to a culture where talent, responsibility, and leadership are recognised without bias—and where future generations grow up seeing diverse paths to success as the standard, not the exception.
