about
hi, i’m dineke. i never considered myself a very tech-savvy person, but with some detours (diplomacy, hr) i found myself in a very diverse and international it environment and decided to stay in that space 🙂 in 2020, i co founded ellevate to help reshape how tech teams are built. we help companies find diverse talent across erp, data, and digital transformation, and we work to ensure inclusion is not an afterthought but a foundation. because when women win, everybody does.
why do you think is important that role models need to be visible?
i think its very basic – “you can’t be what you can’t see” (marian wright edelman) i truly believe representation is crucial for inspiration, belonging, and belief in your own potential. this and mentorship are i think two key ingredients to build a diverse and inclusive work place.
