i started my career at magnet.me as a student, drawn by the culture of a fast-moving tech scale-up and the mission to make hiring smarter and fairer. surrounded by inspiring people i learned from every day, people who challenge me, trust me, and set the bar high, while also making room to experiment, have fun, and learn from mistakes. being in the right environment helped me thrive. it pushed me to not only take opportunities, but also create them, for myself and increasingly for others, and to build the confidence to step up. today, i lead marketing and i get to build a team in that same spirit. i’m grateful for the trust i’ve been given, and proud to help strengthen the culture that shaped me: one with a growth mindset, where we move fast, stay curious, and create a workplace where people feel they belong and can become the professionals they want to be.
what advice would you give to your younger self?
don’t overanalyse every step. no one has it all figured out. do what you enjoy, take opportunities when they appear, and create them when they don’t.
