software product manager at afas software

about

straight out of my business administration degree, i joined afas software and the opportunities that followed shaped everything. as a woman in tech, having an employer who truly believes in your potential makes all the difference. what started as getting to know a company and its software grew into a genuine passion: the connection between customers and technology, and building software that truly supports their work. that’s what drives me as productmanager for hr & payroll.

why international women’s day is important for you?

international women’s day is a reminder that visibility still matters. not every woman grows up thinking tech is for her, for example i didn’t. but when you see someone who looks like you in a role you never imagined for yourself, something shifts. that’s the power of representation. afas gave me the opportunity to grow, to explore, and to truly develop within tech. that made all the difference. now, building software that supports people in their daily work, i want women to know that they belong in the rooms where that software is built.

afas software

at afas, we believe that differences make us stronger. we invest in a culture where everyone can be themselves and has equal opportunities. talent is everywhere, but opportunities are not. that is why we actively commit to strengthening the position of women in tech and lowering barriers. we believe in getting things done. so instead of just talking about it, we take concrete steps, make role models visible and create real opportunities. more women in tech shouldn’t be a campaign; it should be a given.
