hi! my name is suzanne nederlof, and i am director at nlmtd. i lead the team responsible for the work we do in social transitions, within the government, healthcare, and through social entrepreneurs. making an impact in this area, ensuring that all citizens in the netherlands can make as much and as good use of all facilities as possible, is an incredible challenge for me.
what advice would you give to your younger self?
that everyone has their own strengths, and developing those strengths will help you get ahead. don’t just focus on areas for improvement; enjoy and use your superpower. because that’s what makes you who you are.
